Weyermann Carabelge® malt is a specialty Belgian malt with a color range of approximately 11-14 Lovibond. This malt is known for imparting notes of caramel, dried fruits and nuts, enhancing the body and mouthfeel of the beer, and contributing a mild toasted, biscuit-like character. It also adds a golden to amber color to the brew, depending on the amount used.
Given its profile, Weyermann Carabelge® malt is suitable for a variety of beer styles, especially those that benefit from a mild caramel sweetness and enhanced body:
- Belgian Ales: Carabelge® is well-suited to Belgian styles such as Blond Ales, Dubbels, and Tripels, where it contributes to the malt complexity and sweetness.
- Pale Ales and IPAs: The malt can be used to balance hop bitterness and add a layer of malt character to these hop-forward styles.
- Amber and Red Ales: It enhances the color and sweetness of these styles, contributing to a well-rounded malt profile.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we are unable to fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
